As usual the beer brought to last night’s meeting was great. There were too many to remember what they were and who brewed them, which leads me to think we should have a sign in list each meeting listing the beer samples so we know who did what. Oak bourbon Porter - Saison – Dark Belgian Ale – IPA – Pale Ale – Mead/Cider blend (of which I only go 3 drops) but could tell it must have been yummy – a 1987 Dark Larger – and more.
Next month I will give a shot at discussing Mashing –
Looks like we will do another club brew only changing the yeast this time. And maybe doing an equal ingredients brew: All grain vs. Extract. Hope everyone participates in this one.
